Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

If you “no show”, reschedule, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

For prepaid treatments, cancelling within 48 hours or failing to attend will result in forfeiting that treatment.

Deposits paid for consultation are non-refundable.

Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Pre-Paid Treatments

Pre-pays offer savings according to the pre-payment schedule.

Pre-pays are non-refundable and not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.

Expiry: 12 months (less than 10 treatments) or 18 months (more than 10 treatments).

A 48-hour notice period is required for cancellations of pre-paid appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the treatment.

Clients must provide accurate information when completing consent forms or advising of factors that may affect treatments.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless the product is faulty).

Return window: 8 days from date of purchase or delivery.

Returns can be made in store or by mail.

Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and postage costs.

No restocking fees apply.

Refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be processed within 8 days of receiving the returned item.
