Refund policy

 

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • If you “no show”, reschedule, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

  • For prepaid treatments, cancelling within 48 hours or failing to attend will result in forfeiting that treatment.

  • Deposits paid for consultation are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.


Pre-Paid Treatments

  • Pre-pays offer savings according to the pre-payment schedule.

  • Pre-pays are non-refundable and not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.

  • Expiry: 12 months (less than 10 treatments) or 18 months (more than 10 treatments).

  • A 48-hour notice period is required for cancellations of pre-paid appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the treatment.

  • Clients must provide accurate information when completing consent forms or advising of factors that may affect treatments.

  • Results vary by individual; realistic expectations are essential.

  • By purchasing pre-paid treatments, you agree to these terms.


Product Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless the product is faulty).

  • Return window: 8 days from date of purchase or delivery.

  • Returns can be made in store or by mail.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and postage costs.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Refunds will be processed within 8 days of receiving the returned item.
