Architects of Skin (formerly Shambala Skin Spa) is located at 717 Military Road, in the heart of Mosman (between Flight Centre and The Mosman Club). There is free 22-hour undercover parking available just next door at the Mosman Club; the car park entrance is via the lane-way off Gouldsbury Street.
